Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ships most products via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS and air cargo.

We do however use other carriers or sea freight depending on the weight & volume of the item.

Most shipments are received within 3 - 5 business days.

We cannot ship to a PO Box. Please make sure you ship to a physical address so we can get your order shipped out right away.

Return Policy for unwanted products

We will accept return on any item (except custom or special order) in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund less any shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#). If you have a return, please contact Customer Service for the RGA# and return instructions. Any returns shipped without RGA numbers will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back unwanted items. All returned items must be in their complete, intact, original packaging. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to ensure it is in new, resalable condition. This includes the condition of the original packaging as we cannot resell any items with damaged packaging. Upon approval, a refund will be issued via the payment method originally used to place the order. Please note that the refund amount will be for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee. Custom and special orders may not be returned.

Any freight damaged product must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. If freight damage is reported after 7 days of receiving your shipment, we will be unable to issue a credit or exchange of merchandise. Please inspect your packages upon receipt. If freight damage is apparent, you must open the packaging in the presence of the carrier to examine the product. If you find that the product is damaged, this is the time at which you can refuse your shipment. Please note that we will replace the damaged item once the freight claim has been awarded by the freight carrier. In some cases this may take as long as 30 - 60 days.

Replacement and Repair Guidelines

 

We provides a 1-year warranty for our products. 


 0-30 Days after Purchase (based on invoice date)

 We will provide you with a replacement for DOA (Defect on Arrival), within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.

 

 Up to 1 Years after Purchase (based on invoice date)

We are responsible for repairing the defective products. A customer will not be charged for the cost of labor or replacement components if the defective product is returned within 1 year of purchase.

 

 Beyond 1 Years (based on invoice date) - Outside Warranty

We will repair a defective product for a customer even beyond warranty.  However, the customer  will be charged for the cost of labor and replaced components if the defective product is returned  more than 1 year after purchase.

 

 Exceptions to the above Guidelines

 

 Please note however that should any defect be caused by the following factors, EBrain Technology Co., Ltd is not responsible for repair or replacement:

 a) Mishandling during shipment.

 b) Damage caused by accident or misuse.

 c) Damage caused because instructions in the user's manual were not followed correctly.
